Hello everyone,

Hope things have been well everyone thats been reading this and pulling through whatever COVID and the year has been throwin at ya’ll.

The start of this year has been rough for some of you especially those who are in the Music/Entertainment industry and of those personell is DJ Root.

Due to many opportunities being cancelled from to covid’s new strains and the irresponsibility of some people, finding more

opportunities to provide his services been more challenging on him financially, and mentally, and yet he’s still striving forward because he knows this too shall pass.

I know I seem to be writing this with alot of drama, but given the unfortunate news about not even fifteen minutes ago, after DJing superbowl afterparty at a private event by Punchbowl Social, and waiting for his ride, Root was robbed at gun point, and took his identity and also some very important equipment needed to fulfill his duties as a DJ! Unfortunately Root does not have the funds to replace the stolen equipment nor as his best friend can support him since they too are on the same boat with finances…

To anyone that knows Root or has shared a moment with him knows he’s a man of the community, passionate and will give you the push to pursue to better things even when life may seem glum!

We understand that times are hard, but the requested amount was how much was taken from him earlier and to also future purchases for his craft and to also help him with a deposit to moving to a new place. We also know this may be asking for alot,but even a dollar helps towards this!

All proceeds raised will go towards new equipment and also if raised more than enough a charity and or someone else in need may be given the excess since greed was never our priority!

I appreciate your time and thoughts. Please keep looking out for each other and to remember that even a little goes a very long way. Community is Unity and I’d love to see us all grow!
