Help DJ Drizzy Rebuild His Home!
Hi, I'm Eli Burton and I am fundraising for Dizzy Dragon community member DJ Drizzy AKA Ben Frame.
Two nights ago while his home was being pounded by the wind and rain of the Hurricane, the water main in his kitchen exploded. While the water was rising on the outside, his house began flooding from within. Panicked, fearing for his home and his family, Ben ran outside only to complete a 360 before falling down in the pouring rain. The water main control value was under the house in a now completely submerged crawl space. He held his breath and struggled his way to the control value only to cut his hand on the rusted remains of its handle. For the next 10 minutes, water continued to pour through the home before personnel could turn off the water from the street.
Ben turned to his insurance company. He spoke with unhelpful claims adjusters and service reps and finally his individual insurance agent who told him “What do you want me to do about it.”
