Help DIY Tye Give a Kid the Room of Their Dreams – One Makeover at a Time

Hello, I’m DIY Tye, a Baltimore-based interior decorator with a passion for transforming spaces. My love for home design started at a young age, and a few years ago, I began renovating my own home and sharing my journey on social media. As I documented the process, my baby brother would often visit and express how much he wished he had the same beautiful items and decor in his own room.

Inspired by his wish, I decided to surprise him with a room makeover for Christmas. I shared the transformation online, never expecting it to go viral. To my amazement, the post reached over 15 million views, and since then, I’ve received countless messages from kids hoping to receive a room makeover of their own.

While I would love to help every child, the cost and time involved in these projects are significant. With your support, I’d like to begin by impacting one child at a time, starting with those who need it most. I’m willing to volunteer my time and effort to create these makeovers, but I need your help in covering the costs of materials, furniture, and decorations.

All donations will go directly toward purchasing items for the room makeovers. Any additional funds raised will be used for the next child's room transformation.
