Hi, my name is Mia and while attending church today at the Radium Christian Fellowship, I learned of a huge fire that left a large group of women homeless.

These are older women, who share accommodations. They live off very limited incomes and have for decades. The lodge was their home and they shared life together there, supporting one another with friendship and faith. They were all each other had.

Now, with the closure of their lodge, they have lost not only their shelter but also nearly everything they owned.

What moved me most was the heart of one of these women. Even in her own loss, she was more concerned about helping others than herself. When I offered her money, despite her need, she said she only wanted to see others cared for.

We see them every year when we visit out here and I couldn’t not step in to do something, I felt God clearly ask me to create this fundraiser to support them!

They are starting again with nothing and need stability, safety, and basic essentials as they begin again.

The church itself is a very small congregation, so their resources are limited, but I knew with my community and reach online I could help to bring some finances together for them.

Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly to help provide housing, food, necessities, and hope for this group of women.

Thank you so much for whatever you can afford to give! I just want to help show these sweet older women that they are not forgotten and that God provides through the hands of His people.
