No child should have to sleep on the street because of war. Yet tonight in Lebanon, many will.

Thousands of families are sleeping on sidewalks, in cars, in overcrowded schools, or under makeshift shelters.

Children who once slept in their own beds are now lying on cold floors. Mothers are trying to calm terrified children while the sound of explosions echoes in the distance. Fathers who once provided for their families are standing in line hoping someone will hand them food.

This is not a distant crisis. It is happening right now.

Recent escalations in the conflict have forced hundreds of thousands of people to flee their homes in a matter of days. According to UN and humanitarian reports, over 800,000 people in Lebanon have already been displaced, with many families unable to access shelters and forced to sleep in streets, cars, or temporary buildings.

Schools that should be filled with laughter and learning are now overcrowded emergency shelters. And still, thousands more families have nowhere to go.

Many fled with nothing.

No clothes.

No food.

No blankets.

No safe place for their children.

Why We Are Launching This Emergency Campaign

At Borderless NGO (www.borderlessngo.org), we work directly with vulnerable communities across Lebanon. Since the first waves of displacement began, our teams have been on the ground meeting families who have lost everything.

What we are seeing is heartbreaking:

• Children sleeping on concrete floors

• Families sharing one blanket among five people

• Mothers skipping meals so their children can eat

• Elderly people sitting outside because shelters are already full

These families are not asking for much.

They are simply asking for help to survive.

What Your Donation Will Do

Your support will allow us to provide immediate lifesaving assistance to displaced families who have nowhere to go.

Emergency Food Boxes

Nutritious food supplies that can sustain a family for weeks.

Basic Survival Kits

Essential items including hygiene products, blankets, mattresses, and clothing.

Temporary Shelter Support

Tents, bedding, and materials to help families survive outside overcrowded shelters.

Our initial goal is to raise $20,000 to support 200 displaced families with food, blankets, mattresses, and emergency supplies during the coming weeks.

As GoFundMe doesn’t not support Lebanon as a country (For your ease of reference, please check the supported countries on GoFundMe https://support.gofundme.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001972748-Countries-supported-on-GoFundMe), the plan is to withdraw the final total amount to a personal bank account in the US and then transfer the total amount to the NGO’s registered bank account in Lebanon. All transactions will be documented, and an update will be sent to all donors. The NGO will publicly confirm / announce the receipt of money via their social media accounts.
