Help Disclose get treatment

Hi! My name is Lou and I'm raising funds for my friends Nick and Izzy's cat Disclose. Izzy and Nick adopted Disclose earlier this year and he has had a few health problems since. Recently Nick and Izzy were told that Disclose is getting sicker and that he needs lots of testing to confirm what sickness he has. The testing alone is close to $1k, and the treatment for that illness is around $80 per injection.
