Susan is a courageous mom who has spent her life serving others, to the point of sacrificing her own comfort and  well being for their sake.  Unfortunately,  several years ago she developed a rare disease that has caused her to  gradually lose ninety  five percent of her sight - rendering her legally blind.   She has two daughters - 12 and 14 yrs. old - who need her support and attention.  Because of her impairment, she can not drive or hold a job and struggles to take care of the girls.    Both girls are hard working and very responsible.  They are doing their best to take care of themselves and their mom.     All sources of government support are being  sought out, but the processing time is lengthy and they need help to cover basic short term needs.   Susan's sight will continue to deteriorate and doctors say she will be completely blind within five years.   Her concern is for her kids and wishes for them to have some of the opportunities other kids have.  Thank you for reading and doing what you can to help.
