Meet Julie Cherotich – A Fighter, Mother, Student & Worker
Hi, my name is Antony, and I'm fundraising to support my niece, Julie, who lives in Eldoret, Kenya. Julie is an incredible woman—resilient, faith-filled, and full of hope—who urgently needs your help.
In 2009, a sudden illness left Julie paralyzed from the chest down. Since then, she's faced every day with courage, raising her young son, Jeremy (4), working full-time, and even pursuing a business management degree through evening classes.
But now, Julie’s wheelchair—her only means of mobility—is broken beyond repair, and her medical needs are growing.

Why We’re Raising £6,000 (1M KES)
Julie urgently needs:
• ✅ A new electric wheelchair to restore her independence
• ✅ Surgery to treat painful pressure wounds
• ✅ Access to medical supplies & wound care
• ✅ Support for her ongoing recovery and health management
She has always relied on a mix of insurance, her salary, and well-wishers, but recent changes in healthcare systems have made these costs unbearable.

Julie’s Spirit Lights Up Lives
Julie is a woman of strong Christian faith, inspiring everyone around her with humility, strength, and love. Her greatest joy is raising Jeremy and helping others—even while navigating her own challenges.
Despite everything, she never complains. Instead, she keeps pushing forward—with grace.

How You Can Help
Every donation—no matter how small—will bring Julie closer to the independence, health, and stability she deserves.
If you can't give right now, please share her story with friends, family, and your network.
Your support will not only buy a wheelchair—it will help a mother thrive, a student succeed, and a truly remarkable woman keep shining.
Thank you so much for your kindness and support.
