Help Disabled Black Trans Woman escape transphobic household
Donation protected
Hi, I'd like to stay anonymous, but you can call me Dee. I've been living in a bigoted household for over 2 decades of my life. I was born to a clergy family. As a trans woman, my emotional, financial, and physical safety has been endangered on a constant. I live in stealth out of fear for my life, and quite frankly, need to get out of here as soon as possible.
I am currently working to earn as much as possible as I near the expected move-out date, but I'm afraid I won't meet my goal in time, as funds are tight.
I plan on moving to the city, which has better employment opportunities for disabled job-searchers.
I'm a victim and survivor of financial & religious abuse, conversion therapy methods, ableism, and emotional & physical abuse. I am looking towards fundraising and side hustles as a last resort, because the longer I live here, the more danger my health and life is in.
This is a matter of urgency and every penny counts. If you can't donate, please pass the message on to someone who can. Thank you.
