Hi everyone, About a month ago, I was lucky enough to bring home my puppy Dior. She’s still very young and full of energy, playful, wild, and constantly getting into everything. Even in a short amount of time, she’s become so loved and has completely changed the energy in my home. Just recently, Dior had a puppy accident and fractured her leg. She was taken in right away, X rayed, and her leg was stabilized with a splint. While she is currently comfortable and being monitored, this is a serious injury, and I’ve been referred to a specialist to determine the best next steps for her recovery. I’m hoping for the best possible outcome, but even conservative treatment options like casting can be very expensive. This was completely unexpected, and navigating her care has been overwhelming. I know it’s the holidays, and I don’t take asking for help lightly. Any support, whether donating or sharing, truly helps more than I can say. Thank you for taking the time to read.
