Help Dinorah Keep Her Family Together

My name is Dinorah, I’m currently 6 months pregnant with a baby girl due July 19th 2025. On March 14, 2025, my fiancé was sadly tricked into being detained by ICE in Clearwater, Florida. He was asked to sign some paperwork and instead was taken into custody. Victor came here legally 3 years ago with a visa that expired recently. I am a US-born citizen, and we hope to get married and file for an adjustment of status as soon as possible. We had plans of having a beautiful wedding after I gave birth, but all that matters to me right now is keeping our family together. Since Victor has been taken into custody, I’ve been put on antidepressants and have lost weight rather than gaining it during my pregnancy, as I find it extremely difficult to cope with the possibility of giving birth and doing everything on my own. He is my main support system, I truly don’t know how I can do this without him.

Victor was transferred from Tampa, Florida to Miami, Florida on March 15, 2025, and at Krome Detention Facility, he was left handcuffed in a van with other detainees with no food, water, or being allowed to use the restroom for an entire day. He was then transferred from Krome Detention Center to Broward Transitional Center, and on 3/22, he was transferred in the middle of the night with no warning to Estancia, New Mexico, where he awaits his court that will be held April 2nd in Miami, Florida. I have a lawyer for him, and I have faith in God that he will be granted a bond and be able to come home to be with his daughter and me. The outcome looks hopeful for now, but I really need help raising more funds as lawyers are expensive, and I’m not sure how much his bond will be yet. I won’t know how much his bond is until the day of the hearing and it can be anywhere from 5k to 35k, once it’s granted I will only have 48 hours to come up with the money. I also have to pay his lawyer 3k before his bond hearing in order for him to be represented. 

I am fighting as hard as I can to allow the love of my life to stay with us, his family. Anything at all helps my family. Thank you so much for reading my story. God bless.
