Help Dima escape Gaza
Donation protected
I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart, asking for your help during a time of urgent need
I am Dima Muhanna, a writer and medical student at Al-Azhar University in Gaza, in my fifth year at the Faculty of Medicine. I write to you with a heart full of pain, and the warplanes above me, but I fight my fear to write my story.
I came from a beautiful family that loved life.
My family gave us everything we needed to seek knowledge and they never failed.
My older sister is an engineer and graduated from the Islamic University two years ago, and my brother is in his second year at the Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Azhar University in Gaza.

Since the 7th of October, everything has changed for the worse. My family and I evacuated from our home on that day, There’s nothing left in the north that hasn’t been bombed. Then we evacuated from northern Gaza to the safe areas in the south to escape from death, even the south was no longer safe. We have been on the verge of death more than five times, and each time we miraculously survive, and then I run to help the injured people and save their lives as many as I can, then I cry for the martyrs and Gaza..
Four years have passed of hard working, fatigue, and staying up late for a long time. I have been increasing in knowledge and understanding throughout these years in order to achieve my goal. I volunteer in Gaza Strip hospitals as a surgeon’s assistant in major operations and others.
In addition to that, I was conducting awareness raising and medical courses in cooperation with international organizations, and I was also volunteering to serve people with visual impairment.
I’m a voice-over too, I record literary books for them that they liked and send them to the institutions concerned with them, as if I were their eyes. As a result of this, I obtained an American scholarship to complete my studies in Gaza, but all of this Stop, and I am no longer just a displaced person who wants to save her life, the life of her family, and her future.

I loved Gaza and gave it a lot
All I wanted was to complete my last two years of medicine speciality and to survive and going to a safe country like Egypt to start my life again.
All I want is your help so that my family and I can survive. We are 5 individuals, and to be able to leave, we need $5,000 for each of us. and so on the total becomes $25,000.
There’re 7000 $ left to start our life again in Egypt.
Your support would enable us to cover the essential costs of our journey and resettlement. It’s not just a donation; it’s a lifeline, offering us a chance at a new life away from the fear and uncertainty that has clouded our existence for too long.
This is a call to action for anyone who believes in the power of humanity to change lives. With your help, we can offer my family a future filled with hope, security, and the opportunity to rebuild in a place where peace is not just a dream, but a reality, and where education and personal development are accessible to all.
Please consider contributing to our cause. Together, we can turn the tide for my family, transforming despair into hope and tragedy into a new beginning. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any support you can provide.
