Help Diesel Have More Time With His Family

This is Diesel, he has become the center of our family. He is the most gentle giant who we rescued from the local animal shelter months ago. Everyone who meets him instantly falls in love. He is the sweetest dog without an aggressive bone in his body. He recently developed a blockage in his stomach. He now requires emergent life-saving surgery.
