We lost the light and soul of our family as our amazing, strong mom passed away peacefully on 11/06/25 after a long, hard-fought battle.

Diane was an amazing person. She was the first to stand up for the little guy, never afraid to stand up against something that was wrong. She fiercely protected the ones she loved and never thought twice about giving the shirt off her back to help someone in need. She never sought attention and often thought of others before herself. She was full of compassion, wickedly good wit, and an infectious laugh. She is survived by her husband and high school sweetheart, along with 3 kids who call her a hero.

For 3 long years, she battled through immune and respiratory compromising illness, constant daily pain, hospital stays, multitudes of medication, and hundreds of doctor visits. Her 2 youngest children provided day-to-day care as best they could. But as the illness progressed, it often meant that the cost of care did as well. The family has suffered a grave impact financially the last 3 years and with her passing, it is now even more impacted on top of the emotionally deep impact of loss.
