Aloha,
Our family is reaching out during a very difficult time for our sister, Diane. After delivering her baby boy, Ka’ohe, by C-section, Diane developed a serious infection and is now hospitalized. What should have been a time of healing and bonding with her newborn has turned into a frightening and overwhelming experience. Ka'ohe is less than 2 weeks old and being away from baby Ka’ohe and her children has been incredibly hard on her, and all we hope for is her full recovery and safe return home to her family.
As Diane focuses on healing, the responsibilities and expenses at home continue to grow. Once she is discharged, Diane will also need home care support as she continues her recovery, which adds another layer of need for her and the family. The financial strain has become overwhelming on top of the emotional toll this situation has taken. We are asking for any support you can give to help Diane and her family through this challenging time.
Your donation will go directly toward:
• Medical and recovery-related expenses
• Home care and nursing support
• Basic living costs for her children and household
Our goal is to help Diane focus on healing without the added stress of financial uncertainty, and to support her family until she can safely return home and regain her strength.
If you’re unable to give, sharing this with others would mean just as much.
With our deepest gratitude,
Diane's Ohana
