Help Diane & Randy Campbell After Devastating House Fire

On January 14, 2026, my friends and neighbors, Diane (Urban) and Randy Campbell, experienced a life-altering tragedy when a fire started in the chimney of their home and quickly became fully engulfed. Thankfully, Diane and Randy were able to escape unharmed, along with their two dogs. However, they were forced to leave behind everything they owned—their belongings, personal items, and irreplaceable family heirlooms.

Diane and Randy have lived in Twin Pines Subdivision for the past 16 years. They moved here from Florida and rented this single-family home because they fell in love with the area, surroundings, and family-friendly neighborhood. Over the years, this house became their true home and a place filled with memories.

Randy retired from Harco Construction three years ago, and Diane is disabled, both rely on SSI. They have no local family and are now displaced from their home for the foreseeable future. Currently, they are staying in a local hotel and will soon need to secure temporary housing.

While they do have insurance, the reality is that insurance claims take time, come with deductibles, and have limits on temporary housing assistance. Many expenses must be paid out of pocket first and are only reimbursed after documentation is submitted. During this gap, Diane and Randy need immediate help covering:

Food and daily living expenses

Temporary housing costs

Pet-related expenses for their two dogs

Essential items and basic necessities

This GoFundMe is being organized to help bridge that gap and support them during this incredibly difficult time. Any funds not used for immediate living expenses will go toward rebuilding and replacing essential household items as they work to recover and move forward.

Diane and Randy are kind, humble people who never imagined needing this kind of help. Any donation—no matter the amount—along with shares and prayers, would mean the world to them.

Thank you for supporting our neighbors during one of the hardest moments of their lives.
