Help Diane Get a Life-Saving Service Dog

Donation protected
Hello. My name is Chris and my wife is Diane. Diane suffers from a debilitating form of hypoglycemia called Postprandial Hyperinsulinemic Hypoglycemia. Basically, when she eats, especially carbohydrates, her pancreas dumps massive amounts of insulin into her body about 60 to 90 minutes after eating. This is very dangerous, as she does not always feel the low blood sugar until it is dangerously low, almost comatose.

We are seeking funds to help in the training and purchase of a service dog that is trained to respond to her blood sugar levels, especially for low blood sugar. This is possible as a well-trained service dog can distinguish slight deviations in blood odor detection. We have found a reputable training service in Florida. We are seeking assistance with $30,000 for the trained dog and another $10,000 for dog care and veterinary services, food, and motel and airfare for in-person visits and training throughout the process as we live in Oregon.

I work two jobs and Diane works, but there is no way we can swing the purchase of this animal alone. Your funds will help maintain and potentially save Diane's life. Any amount of donation is welcome. We appreciate and thank you for your support.
