Help Diane Beat AML and Stay Warm

Hey guys, I have been so hesitant to do this, but hard times have fallen. As many of you know my grandmother, Diane Morissette, was diagnosed with AML ( Acute Myeloid Leukemia) last fall. It has taken her out of work and has put us all quite behind on a lot of things but we have been making it work somehow. She ended up in Boston for a few months on a ventilator and things progressed very quickly. Mass General has been absolutely amazing! Nana, Diane, started to improve and was taking the chemotherapy treatments like a champ and was finally able to receive a bone marrow transplant! She is now +34 passed transplant now and we are so so thankful for all of the progress she has made! I’m not sure what we all would have done if this had been a different outcome. Well fast forward to now, she’s on the verge of coming home, and we were just told we are no longer able to use our furnace due to it causing a fire hazard. How are we supposed to bring my immune suppressed grandmother home to no furnace!?! On top of all of the costs of her medications and the continuous travel to Boston for check ups 1-2 times a week for appointments. I guess I’m just reaching out to the community at this point for any type of help. Even if it’s just a few dollars we would greatly appreciate it! My grandparents would quite literally give the shirt off their backs to help the people around them, and they have done it for me and my family more times than I can count! All I want in this world is to be able to take some type of stress off of their backs so she can recover and they can be together without all of the financial stress to think about!
