Help support Santoshs long road to recovery.
Donation protected
On Wednesday, November 6th, my brother in law, Santosh, suffered a devastating Hemorrhagic Stroke and Diane found him unconscious on the kitchen floor. He was rushed to Miriam Hospital, and immediately sent to Rhode Island Hospital for brain surgery. The surgeons were able to remove most of the clot. He was paralyzed on the right side and unable to swallow.
Through diligent care and Santoshs strong will, he is now in North Smithfield Rehab Hospital for acute rehabilitation. The bills are adding up. Diane owes $6800 to the hospital now and January 1st she will owe $6800 to rehab.
We are all praying for a miraculous recovery for Santosh. There are so many unknowns at this time, but the financial impact will be overwhelming for Diane and Santosh.
Santosh has been such a huge support to Diane and her parents through so many troubling times: the loss of Diane's 1st husband, John, the illness and death of her dad, and her mom's battle with cancer.
Santosh's calm demeanor and unending patience with all he encounters has been a blessing to our family.
Anything that you can do to help ease the burden is greatly appreciated.
I thank you and hope you will find the generosity to donate. If you are not able to donate, please share this GoFundMe campaign.
