My wife Diana is scheduled for knee replacement surgery on November 23rd and we found out today we need to pay our deductible up front.  Diana is a long time school teacher and is limited in her ability to get around her classroom.   Unfortunately we are not in position to make this large payment on our own.  Any help is much appreciated as this surgery is necessary for Diana to regain her quality of life.   Thank you so much for your support.
