Help Diana Santos Overcome

Dear friends,
I'm reaching out to you with a heart full of love and sincerity, as I find myself in a position where I must ask for help. My name is Diana Santos, and I'm facing a challenging journey that I never anticipated. At 30 years old, with a loving husband and two young children, my life took an unexpected turn following a car accident on September 1, 2023. It was through this tragedy that a tumor was discovered, ultimately revealing a diagnosis of Breast Cancer: invasive ductal carcinoma, ER positive/HER-2 positive stage IIA, located in the upper-outer quadrant of my left breast on October 26, 2023.
Since then, I've been courageously battling this disease, undergoing extensive treatments despite encountering severe allergic reactions along the way. While the road has been arduous, I remain determined. In two weeks, I am scheduled for surgery to remove the cancer cells, with the possibility of radiation looming ahead. Additionally, a year of chemotherapy is necessary to prevent a recurrence.
The challenges extend beyond my health struggles; we've also faced the loss of our business and the mounting burden of medical bills. With my inability to work and awaiting a response from the Disability Office, my husband's income alone cannot cover our basic living expenses. Despite these hardships, I found strength in becoming an American citizen amidst this turmoil, reaffirming my love for this country.
If you find it in your hearts to assist in any way—whether through financial support, sharing my story on social media, or connecting me with resources—I would be immensely grateful. I hold onto the belief that there are kind souls out there who may serve as instruments of divine provision during this trying time. While I may not be able to repay your kindness immediately, I have faith that one day I'll have the opportunity to pay it forward.
I draw comfort from the assurance that Jehovah Jireh, our provider, works through compassionate individuals like you. Thank you for considering my plea and for being a beacon of hope in my darkest hour. May the Lord bless you abundantly and grant you continued health and well-being.
With heartfelt gratitude, Diana Santos
