Hello and thank you for being here. I am using this platform to raise money to help me pay for home health care 7 days per week. I am self employed and do not have insurance; I don’t qualify for Medicare or Medicaid and Social Security won’t pay because I have income.  I had a growth taken off my left leg last April. The side effects from the meds left me with a constricted throat and whatever was used to numb my leg I also had a huge reaction to; I thought my heart going to burst out of my chest. The doctor didn’t explain possible reactions. I cough up mucous when trying to talk or eat food. Then I developed 2 more growths on that leg.  I couldn’t put myself through that again. I got weaker because it was hard to eat. Then I fell and hit my head in January and couldn’t get up because my arms were weak. My right arm is incapacitated due to pulled tendons.

The care givers are here every day 8am - 12pm and then 5pm - 9pm. They take care of my cats, prepare meals, help me in and out of bed and to the bathroom. The agency has awesome people but it’s expensive and I can’t afford it and my money is running out fast. This money will cover 3 months, February and March and April and allow me to stay in my home with my babies.
