Hi, my name is Diana Moore and my husband, Roger, and I need your help. I have had ten surgeries over the last five years. Sadly, I am needing knee and hernia repair surgeries. Due to the number of surgeries I have had, our savings have been greatly depleted. I am also dealing with ongoing issues, including arthritis in both knees, feet, back, and shoulders. I have been working for CVS for twenty-eight years and most of what I make on short term disability goes to paying my health insurance while I am out. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and used to pay for the surgeries and to help pay our bills while I am recovering. My knee replacement surgery recovery has been set back a little due to nerve damage. Also, my hernia repair surgery has been scheduled for January 21st. Due to an infection from the hernia surgery, I was bed ridden for a month. Due to the infection,I had to have my knee scoped and remanipulated in March and restart physical therapy from the beginning . As of the end of July, I have still been unable to start back working . To add to things, I was diagnosed with moderate /severe depression in May and sleep apnea earlier in July.
