On December 28, 2024, Diana fell. She broke her shoulder and fractured her elbow. The break was so severe that she needed a total shoulder replacement. They couldn't do the surgery for 6 days due to needing to ship in things for it, so she had to deal with agonizing pain all those days. The surgery was successful, but it is a long road to recovery. Only having one arm to use is difficult, but it's even more difficult because it's her dominant hand. She has lost half of her work income due to this injury. She has always worked 2 jobs and it will be 6 months before she is fully able to use her arm to get back to full work potential. Her brothers and sisters have helped the best they can. Her son also is doing everything possible to make ends meet, but things have become exhausted. Rent and bills don't pause when you're injured, sadly. She's a proud person (just like me), and it's hard for her to ask people for help. Any help would be much appreciated. Even a few dollars can go a long way. Thank you and God bless.
