Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out today with a humble heart and a bit of a heavy one, too. Recently, I went through a very difficult and unexpected wrongful termination at my previous workplace. (Due to the nature of my departure I’m limited in what I can share publicly, but I am focused on moving forward with integrity.)
While I am taking the necessary steps to handle the situation legally and move forward professionally, the reality of life never pauses. As many of you know, "life keeps going" and the bills don't stop adding up.
I’ve always been someone who works hard and takes care of my responsibilities, but this sudden loss has left me in a vulnerable position while I search for my next opportunity.
Why I’m raising $2k:
I am looking to bridge the gap for just one month. This amount will go directly toward:
* Living expenses: Ensuring my basic utilities are covered.
* Transportation: Keeping my vehicle on the road so I can get to interviews and secure my next role.
I’ve updated my resume and applied to 10 positions this week. I’m also looking into freelance/ temporary work to sustain myself long term. If you know of any work opportunities, please send them my way!
Asking for help isn't easy, but I am determined not to let this setback define my future. Your support, whether it’s a donation, a share of this link, or just a kind message, means more to me than I can put into words. It’s not just about the funds; it’s about the peace of mind to focus on finding my consistent and sustainable job.
Thank you for standing with me during this transition. I can’t wait to pay this kindness forward once I’m back on my feet.
Also,
this platform, gofundme, takes like 30% of all donations so If u can, it’s best to please Zelle me directly at [phone redacted] :)
With gratitude,
Diana Gutierrez
