Hi, my name is Jerome, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help. My sweet dog, Diamond, has been diagnosed with a severe heart murmur. The vet told me that without surgery, her chances of survival are very slim. She’s only 7 months old and still full of love, energy, and life ahead of her.

Diamond has been my best friend, my protector, and my source of comfort through so many hard times.
