I was diagnosed last year with MS (Multiple Sclerosis).  Because of this, I have been in the hospital six times in the past year.  I have multiple health issues because of it, to include severe memory issues, bad balance, and extreme pain in my hands.  Because of this, I cannot work.  I'm asking for help to pay my rent and utilities.

My disability hearing is on August 23rd, but I hear once approved it can take a couple of months to receive your benefits.  This is why I'm asking for help in the amount of $5995, which will cover basic expenses for the next 5 months.

Please find it in your heart to help me.  I live in Arizona, and simply cannot be pushed out into the street with extreme heat here in the desert.
