Just one month ago, my daughter Devyn and her fiancé Jesse took an exciting step into their future together — moving into their very first apartment. They worked so hard to make it their home, filling it with love, warmth, and the beginnings of the life they’ve dreamed of.

But in an instant, all of that was turned upside down.

Their apartment was completely flooded, damaging almost everything inside. Furniture, clothes, electronics, — so many of their belongings were ruined. They are safe, but devastated, and now face the unexpected challenge of replacing what they’ve lost and finding stability again.

Starting out is hard enough, and this is a setback they never could have prepared for. That’s why I’m reaching out to our friends, family, and community — anyone who can help. Every contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward helping them replace essential items and get back on their feet.
