Devlin has been fighting against his evil property management at Braum Real Estate (aka Braum Construction & Management) for his entire 6yr tenancy, and has been embroiled in an ongoing eviction battle with them since July of 2025. After fighting through the eviction process without any official counsel, he has received a bum deal which has put him in a significantly-dangerous and dire position.

Although he has a place to move to, it is a very unhealthy and quite dangerous place. So currently, he is seeking any monetary aid he can garner to help him find another place as soon as possible while he finds more work.
