I’m crowdfunding because my car got stolen on Thanksgiving, or the night prior. I last saw my car on Wednesday 11/26 at night when I parked after work. I bought my car in June this year, my first car after years taking public transit in CT. I felt ready, and have worked hard toward this goal. It’s extremely disheartening to have had this happen. I have taken all precautions and I have comprehensive coverage, but I still have to pay daily towards the rental car I was given and eventually I will have to put a down payment on another car. If the car is found, it will likely be stripped. I will post here with any updates. Times are difficult. If you can donate, please do, it would mean a lot to me in helping me bridge this gap.
