Help Dev recover from a rough September

To know Dev is to love Dev. They're known in their community for their generosity, huge heart, and their passionate dedication to justice. They've worked as a teacher for over a decade, and they pour their soul into being an adult who makes children feel safe to push the boundaries of their knowledge and grow into socially conscious, critically thinking young adults. Dev is also known for the magical events they craft at their home, including delectable homemade vegan cuisine, costume contests, and drum circles that bring people from all walks of life together. Dev is endlessly generous with their time, love, and money, and we - some of Dev's loved ones - are hoping that those who are able to can lend support to this tremendous human being in a tough time.

Over the past month, Dev has been hit with a triple whammy: replacing a hot water heater, finding a hole in their ceiling, and getting into a costly car accident. These struggles have left Dev with an $8,000 tab that they weren't expecting, and it's really putting a strain on their wallet. In a time when teachers are paid far less than they're worth, this is truly not a situation that Dev can weather alone.
