Hi everyone, my name is Destiny, and asking for help like this is incredibly hard for me and honestly embarrassing— but I’m at a point where I don’t know what else to do. I’m a mom of four amazing kiddos, currently pregnant with our fifth, and I’m doing everything I can to keep a roof over our heads. Their dad and I have been working nonstop, trying to catch up, but we’ve fallen behind and we’re facing the possibility of losing our home just days before Christmas.

Two of my kids have birthdays this month, and instead of planning celebrations, I’m fighting to make sure they still have a safe place to sleep. We’ve reached out to every resource we can find, but nothing has come through in time. We’re exhausted, scared, and just trying to keep our family together during what’s supposed to be the most magical time of year.
