In just a few short days, my 24 year old neice, Destiny Burns, went into kidney failure. The doctors have been doing everything they can to figure out what caused her to one day have perfectly normal kidneys to the next day go into acute kidney failure. She has had a biopsy of her kidneys and that will tell us what caused this, how extensive the damage is and if it can be reversed.  We won't have the results until next week so in the meantime she is receiving dialysis and will have to stay in the hospital until everything is determined. I am asking for your continued thoughts and prayers during this time of need. It's obvious Destiny is not able to work and there is no way of knowing when she can return. So I am asking for any size donation be made for Destiny to help with general bills and medical expenses. I know that this is a difficult time for everyone right now and our family truly appreciates any effort that can be made.
