I am a young single mom with five amazing kids, and I’m reaching out because we need a fresh start. Right now, we’re living in a neighborhood that’s become too dangerous for my children. Every day, I worry about their safety and their future. I want them to have the chance to grow up in a place where they can just be kids—where they can go to school, play outside, and feel safe. I dream of giving them better opportunities, more schooling, and a stronger support system.

The funds from this fundraiser will help us cover moving expenses, a U-Haul, a security deposit, and the basics we need for a new home—like furniture, clothing, school supplies, and beds. I want my kids to wake up feeling safe and comfortable, to see their mom at ease, and to know that their future is bright. I’ve never been the type to ask for help, but I know it’s time to reach out to the world and ask for support.
