Hi, my name is Roxy and I find myself in an uncomfortable situation. I was laid off on Wed. and with COVID, all of my savings went to just surviving, as the company I worked for prior to Covid went bankrupt. Unfortunately, last night I had to rush my cat, Girly Girl, to the emergency room. They don’t know what’s wrong with her. She’s on an IV and has a catheter, but hasn’t eaten in almost two days. Her vet bills are reaching the $4,000 mark, and I may still need to put her down tonight. I have no idea if they will be able to save her and fix the problem. What I do know is if she needs to spend another night and more tests I’m looking at almost $3,000 more. I may have no choice but to put her down. Anything you can do to help is much appreciated. I know things will get better, but right now I can only think of the present and her survival. Thank in advance for all your help.
