Hello friends and family, my name is Lina, and I’m setting up a fundraiser for my sister in law Desire Duran. On Friday, May 19th at 5PM Desire was rushed to the hospital for excruciating pain and cramping. After blood tests and CT scans, a 10 cm teratoma tumor was found on her left ovary. From the ER, Desire was transported to Abrazo Medical hospital in an ambulance where she underwent surgery to remove the tumor along with her left ovary. This sudden traumatic experience left Desire and her family with some unexpected medical expenses as well as time off from work to recover. Anything would help for medical expenses, time off from work and meals for her & her two kids.
