Hello, meet my handsome nephew, DeShawn Callwood from the Virgin Islands. He is a quiet and respectable 11-year-old fourth-grade student and a straight-A student, whose favorite subject is Science. He aspires to one day become a doctor to help others, but is fascinated with big trucks, and he tells everyone that he wants to become a “truck man.” DeShawn was recently suddenly admitted to a local hospital for severe pain and massive ongoing headaches, where bleeding in his brain was discovered. Emergency plans are being executed to have him airlifted to the United States for IMMEDIATE brain surgery.
