My name is Derwin, and I am a 68-year-old father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Since 2018, I have been fighting Stage 4 lung cancer. This journey has been incredibly tough, but I am determined to keep going for my family and loved ones. One of the biggest challenges I face every day is being unable to eat properly because I am missing most of my upper and lower teeth. Chewing food has become nearly impossible, which makes it hard to get the nutrition I need to stay strong during treatment.


My dentist has recommended dental implants as the best, most long-lasting, and quickest solution. With implants, I would finally be able to eat healthy foods again, regain my strength, and improve my chances of recovery. Being able to enjoy meals with my family and nourish my body would mean the world to me as I continue this fight.
