Help Derryck Get to His Life-Saving Appointments

Hello,

I'm Derryck 47 year old Daddy of 5 and have been dealing with Multiple medical issues for about 9 years now.

Recently I have had 5 upper GI bleeds that left me in a Coma for three days and I had to have 4 blood transfusion's .While was in the hospital my Tahoe lost 3/4 gear and I am unable to get to my Doctors appointments a couple of Towns away. I have help to do labor but am stuck unable to pay for the Transmission .

I have been Diagnosed with Non Alcoholic Fibrosis of the liver and if i cant get to the doctor i will Die soon please if you can donate. I would be very apricated I am a stay at home father and my kids need me
