Asking our community to help my son, Derrek Buchanan, rebuild his life after losing all of his posessions during the Olympia Place Fire in Amherst, MA on November 7th, 2025. Derrek is a senior at UMass Amherst and was coming home from work when he watched with his follow students his apartment complex burn down in a horrific fire. No one was hurt, but like many of the 230+ students, he lost everything. His computers, his electronics, his clothing, his kitchenwares, his furniture, his irreplacable collectables, as well as his BrickLink inventory for his business.
