We are reaching out to our friends to help support our amazing guy Derpy during this incredibly difficult time as he deals with the loss of his mom. Many of us have known Derpy for years as a brilliant gamer and trusted friend, and we have witnessed through him his mom’s battle with stage 4 colon cancer during that time. After a very long fight, on Monday, June 23rd, Derpy’s mom sadly lost her battle. Cancer is a horrific disease, and brings with it a struggle and pain that so many of us can unfortunately relate to in some way. The family is now faced with making arrangements for her funeral and burial, and mounting costs in excess of $20,000 that are an immense strain to their budget. Let's show Derpy that he's not alone as he navigates this devastating loss, and help ease some of that burden for the family. As gaming friends that are situated around the US and even the globe, it is difficult to find a way to show our love and remind him that we have his back in any other way.
