Help Dessi Castro Fight Cancer Again

Hello guys, blessings to all of you who came to ready my story ,my name is Derisce Castro but people call me Jazmine as my second name as a kid my friends would call me nena or nenita . I consider myself a very hard working woman with many goals and ambition but due to my illness I can’t do as much as before I’m 30 years old now but since I was 21 years old, I’ve been fighting cancer ,due to an IUD I had for 5 years that got stuck in my uterus and became really maglinume and dangerous After so much pain, suffering, testing, and treatment, I was in and out the hospital . One night I got admitted to the hospital and didn’t came out for 7 months, only seeing my mother and my son's face once a day because they had me on so many meds like morphine 24/7. Thankfully, after treatment, I got out of the hospital after 7 months and had 2 successful surgeries that saved my life, thanks to our almighty Lord When I was 21 I was able to beat cancer and became a survivor. Ever since then, I’ve been taking my medications, vitamins, and eating healthy (no red meat), no microwaved food and highly take care of myself in general . 8 years passed by, and I was always scare that it would ever come back, but years passed and I’ll take care of myself at a daily basis and I was living a great life full of energy until one day on January 21, 2024. I got a call from my gynecologist saying it was an emergency to speak to me immediately , as soon as I heard that my heart dropped When I arrived at that important appointment and I had came in with my husband and I was told my last colcoscopy detected a cancerous dysplasia stage 2 on my cervix. After only one month I was told I needed to have surgery because I have moved to an stage 3 .There were a lot of testing and treatments to the point that in the last yea 2024 I had 3 surgeries and 4 procedures I only worked five months due to appointments treatments surgeries and recoveries Plus multiple secondary effects , and I still managed to make it happen everyday I had never gave up thanks to God who gives me the strength I need thanks to him and only him I’m here to tell all my family and friends that unfortunately, I have to keep fighting to survive , after I got in some positive news on November 2024 I was told that I will have my last colcoscopy on march 2025 to make sure I was okay and that all cancerous malignant cells were gone out of my cervix and blood .. That morning of march 20 I walked in with so much faith and strength to my last surgery but the results I got after surgery 3.25.25 were negative unfortunately they have to go deeper and deeper to save my life , I thank god for all the doctors and specialists and surgeons for working their hands on me I would never forget how good they taje care of me as every time I go in there I get anxiety and panic attacks due to the trauma that had caused on my life emotionally , physically and mentally I fight everyday , everyday is another day . I just had a surgery on March 20,2025

and it was not that successful. Therefore, I need to have a surgery on April 29 ,2025 to be better, to feel better, and to see where im at , I don’t know how longer I have to fight but I do promise god my family my friends that I fight everyday It’s so hard for me to express myself to you all of guys because I’m known as being a very strong individual who’s always helping others or who’s always guffy around people . I’m a mother of a a beautiful babyboy football player who’s 13 years old and who would be graduating this year going to high school, my one and only child Derick , he’s almost 14 but I don’t think he’s ready for the news so as a mother I had decided for him not to know yet . My mother , husband and my siblings—I cannot stop thinking about one day not seeing them anymore. My heart shatters every day, but I still manage to get up and go to work to maintain my roof Nd bills Unfortunately I even had to close down my lash studio as you guys knows my small business , Money is not enough, and I came here to gather help and funds as my last option. From the bottom of my heart, any donation matters, even if it’s a dollar! I never thought I would come here, but this is where God leads me to. I have faith that I will beat cancer once again. The surgery that takes place on April 29th 2025 need is $40K plus and my insurance doesn’t cover my surgery fully , my copayment is very high .
