Our family is reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for support for my brother-in-law, Derek. Derek was diagnosed with Berger’s Disease as a child, which has now led to kidney failure and an enlarged heart.

Because of this, Derek will need ongoing dialysis treatments, forcing him to step away from work. Unfortunately, he currently doesn’t have health insurance, which makes this journey even more difficult.

Derek is the kind of man who has always worked hard to provide for his fiancée and their two beautiful children. He has never asked for help, but right now, he needs it more than ever.
