Help Derek Terpstra -accident

Derek was riding his bicycle and it caught in the pavement and the handlebar hit him in the stomach and fractured his spleen. He was life flighted to Peoria with a small chance of living. The doctors said he should have bled out but they saved him! He has astronomical medical bills and cannot work for 12 weeks. Please help if you can. I'm his mom and I understand that he is 36 years old but no matter what I can't help wanting to help and make things better, it's what moms do!
