Hi, I am a friend of Derek Dame. My name is Cindi Boschee. Derek was in an unfortunate accident and was attacked by a dog on Saturday, April 12th, resulting in multiple fractures and wounds to both of his arms and hands. Derek is more than likely going to have more surgeries and the prognosis is unknown at this time as to how much mobility he will regain. Derek will be unable to work for several months, will have to go through physical therapy, and will have major medical bills due to the owner of the dog not being insured. Derek has always helped people in need, so I wanted to try and help him in his time of need.
