Help chipotle has a hernia

Hi my name is Deon and I’m raising funds to help a dog I found abandoned at Chipotle in mid city Los Angeles. I posted it on tik tok and it went viral and people told me to not take it to the shelter because they might kill it and I don’t want that. She appears to be pregnant but I can’t confirm until I take her to the vet. I already have a cat with severe constipation issues that I can’t afford to take to an expensive surgery. I’ve been manually removing the poop myself cuz he can’t do it on his own. I found my kitten at McDonald’s so I couldn’t turn away this dog when I saw him tied up on a hot day outside chipotle with no food and water. Anything will help get her on the right track and have a good life for as long as she has left. No animal deserves to be abandoned like this
