Help Denyse and Mick with Healthcare Expenses

Hello, My name is Erin Downey, and my Neighbors and I are trying to raise money for our dear friend Denyse's Lung Volume Reduction Surgery.

Denyse has gone through an extensive candidacy program of specific testing for 1 year to determine her qualifications for survival and she is so grateful to be going to the finest Facility in the World at the UC Health Anschutz Medical Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. She is an excellent candidate as she has no Cancers or other Diseases.

While Denyse and her husband Mick have good health insurance, their insurance doesn't cover a huge bulk of the cost. Without help, Mick and Denyse are at risk of having to do a reverse mortgage on their home or at the very worst, lose the home that they have worked their whole lives to own and live peacefully in retirement.

Denyse desperately needs this surgery to live and money should not be a deciding factor when it comes to staying alive. When her doctor asked why she'd like to have the surgery given the time and risks it involves, she said she'd do anything to have extra time with her beloved husband Mick and son Casey.

As an RN, Denyse has spent the greater part of her life caring for other people- and she loved her career dedicated to helping others. It is now our turn to help her. Please donate to help our dear friend if you are able to.
