Help Dennis Tagai with home health care.

My name is Jason Tagai and my dad Dennis was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. During chemotherapy and radiation he became very ill and is now in the hospital. He is going to be released back home in the next two days, but needs 24 hour medical care. My dad is on a fixed budget and cannot afford this care. My dad would give anyone the shirt off of his back and ask for nothing in return. Every little bit will help and would be so gratefully appreciated.
