Help Dennis Rock On

Many know my brother Dennis's journey to becoming a healthier person. He made a life-changing decision to have weight-loss surgery, which took place on October 31, 2016. We all watched him transform over the next year, but unfortunately there was a complication that was unknown until recently. Dennis had a small leakage inside his body, and he went in for a correctional surgery on Monday, November 27, 2017.  The surgery was not successful.  His body isn't repaired, and now he has a major leakage with two options to fix: either the doctor can place a stint at the site of the leakage, or, if the stint doesn't work, he will have a feeding tube for at least six months while his stomach tries to repair itself. While Dennis doesn't like to let on when things get tough, this is a serious, life-threatening condition. He is currently in the hospital, waiting.

Dennis is a self-employed DJ, and he and his wife Teri run the business together, and his 16-year-old son, Aidan, pitches in, too.  These medical complications have the potential to keep Dennis from working for quite some time, and when you're self-employed, there are no sick days to take from work. If he doesn't work, he doesn't get paid. Please consider donating to help Dennis and his family make ends meet. Let's take the financial burden off of him so he can focus on what's truly important, his health.
