Dennis is my dad, and he’s always been the rock of our family. For years, he cared for my mom through her serious illness, a rare autoimmune disease that attacked her vital organs. He took her to every doctor’s appointment, cooked, cleaned, and comforted her whenever she was in pain. He never once complained, even when things were incredibly hard. His love and dedication were unwavering, and he gave everything he had to make sure she was as comfortable as possible until she passed away in December 2022.

After losing my mom, Dennis continued working full-time, even at 80 years old. He went above and beyond for his company, but when a new company took over, they required 12-hour shifts that he simply couldn’t manage. Despite his years of loyalty and hard work, they refused to make any exceptions for him, and he was let go. Now, at 80, Dennis is out of a job and searching for work, which is heartbreaking to watch after all he’s done for our family and others.

I want to help Dennis cover his living expenses and, most importantly, give him the chance to finally retire and breathe a little easier. He deserves to relax and not worry about how he’ll get by. He’s an amazing dad with a huge heart, and he’s always been there for me. I wish I could do more for him, but with the cost of living so high, I can’t provide enough support on my own. Any help would mean the world to us and would give Dennis the peace and happiness he truly deserves.
